Horton Plaza is an independent living retirement community. We cater to individuals that have the ability to live independently or with limited assistance. This is not a nursing home. We pride ourselves in our services and the resort style environment provided each and every day. We like to think of ourselves as a cruise ship that never docks. A few of the services included are interior and exterior maintenance, housekeeping, laundry service, complimentary transportation and a full range of social activities, outings and entertainment. Horton Plaza is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained for our residents' comfort and enjoyment.
We also provide three deliciously prepared meals a day, served by our talented and enthusiastic kitchen and dining room staff. Meals are served fine dining style in our beautifully decorated dining room by well-groomed and well-trained waitstaff. Our Certified Executive Chefs plan and prepared each meal with the residents' enjoyment and nutrition in mind. We provide homestyle and fresh “scratch” cooking which includes our exclusive baking program. All breads, other than sandwich breads, are prepared fresh in our kitchen.
